Founded on October 15, 2019, a political party called "NATIONAL COLLEGE OF DEMOCRATS" (CND), legally recognized by the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) on March 4, 2022. Having as Founding President ANTOINE GARRY CIVIL, the National College of Democrats is a structured and dynamic political party with a national committee of 70 members, democratically elected by a General Assembly.
The emblem of the NATIONAL COLLEGE OF DEMOCRATS is represented by a blue and red donkey which symbolizes the strength of work, determination and ten (10) stars which symbolize the ten departments of the country. We are the party with a state inclusion project. We know that poverty and social inequalities can be eliminated if there is political will, which is why we have promised it. And as democrats, our goal is to unify the political and social layers of the country for good governance, and we commit to working together to advance this country, even when we disagree... we are not just looking for common interests, we are Considered the first Black Republic in the world, Haiti is obliged to come out of its mutism in order to remedy the political, social and economic situation in which the country is bent.
The creation of the National College of Democrats (CND) gives the ideal opportunity to put Haiti on the path to an emerging country. The National College of Democrats is a party with a state inclusion project. Every Haitian citizen, whether on the national territory or abroad, will contribute to the development of this project called: THIRD TRANSFORMATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF HAITI. He will choose leaders endowed with patriotic spirit, the National College of Democrats (CND) will work day and night in the obligation to create a strong party, capable of leading the democrats to electoral victory. As democrats, our priority will be to create bridges between Haiti and friendly and neighboring countries in order to form a model within the framework of international cooperation and to promote our national policy and the promotion of international treaties which will strengthen our economy.
The National College of Democrats as a new political structure, having as mission: To implement the project of the Third Transformation of the Republic of Haiti through dialogue, negotiation with civil society and political organizations, electoral organizations and popular consultations, support and training of candidates, development of a national plan for the development of public policy which aims to represent the interests of members to participate in democratic processes by presenting candidates for elections. It should be noted that the National College of Democrats also aims to ensure the integrity of its members in the administration of elections.

To be able to join the NATIONAL COLLEGE OF DEMOCRATS, the interested person must have Haitian nationality by birth or naturalization, so that they can request their membership. At the time of the registration request, the interested party must submit the following documents: a clean criminal record, a copy of the valid tax registration, the national identification card. Then the person must fill out the official membership form of the National College of Democrats. The member must sign the CND commitment letter and agree to take an oath as a member of said political party and to financially help support the National College of Democrats.
